House Wash / Building Wash

Soft Washing:

Spotfree Illawarra utilises long, telescopic poles with brush heads for building wash. This is known as a "soft wash," and it is highly good at cleaning dirt, spiderwebs, and lichen from facias, gutters, and eaves. In some cases, using high pressure water to clean is inappropriate. Pressure cleaning could be too harsh for homes with surfaces covered in aluminium, fibro, metal, or other types of cladding and end up peeling off paint or doing other damage. For these circumstances, soft washing is appropriate.
